About the Study
This study is researching potential new treatments for adults living with fatty liver disease, also known as metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD or MASH). This condition occurs when fat builds up in the liver and can lead to inflammation, scarring, and long-term liver damage if not managed.
The goal of this study is to determine whether these treatments are safe and effective in reducing the risk of serious liver complications over time.
Study Focus
This clinical study is specifically seeking individuals who have MASH and are at a higher risk of developing major liver disease or liver disease complications.

Who Can Join
To qualify, you must:
Be 18 to 80 years old
Have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease (MASLD/MASH)
Have a BMI greater than 25
*Other criteria may apply.
NOT be diagnosed with other or advanced liver diseases
Have no severe or uncontrolled medical conditions (major liver, kidney, diabetes, cancer)
Have NOT used certain weight loss medications in the past 3 months
