Pediatric Migraine Research Study

STUDY TO ASSESS EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF RIMEGEPANT FOR THE TREATMENT OF MIGRAINE (WITH OR WITHOUT AURA) IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS ≥ 6 TO < 18 YEARS OF AGE

We are looking for children between the age of 6-18 years old for a compensated pediatric migraine study.

This clinical trial is evaluating a pediatric migraine research study. The goal is to help advance medical knowledge about migraines and contribute to the body of medical science. You can join a no-cost research study and play a role in helping advance medical research.

• Be between 6 and 18 years old
• Have a history of migraines for at least 6 months prior to screening
• Have a history of 1 to 8 moderate or severe attacks per month
• Weigh at least 33 lbs.
• Have a history of Migraines for at least 6 months
• 1-8 Migraines per month in the last 2 months which last more than 3 hours if untreated

Exclusions:

• Combination of cluster headaches
• Migraines with Aura or Hemiplegic Migraines
• History of moderate or severe head trauma or other neurological disorder (including seizure disorder)
• Use of a CGRP antagonist, such as erenumab or fremanezumab, is prohibited

Compensation:
Participants may receive compensation up to $338
