Hi. I had my first screening last week for a clinical trail The staff is great and very professional! I had trouble finding the entrance and called , Nicki at the front desk explained where to park and was very helpful with all the forms i had to fill out. My research coordinator was great and answered all my question as was the facility manager. There was a problem with my Xray order and the technician in the xray lab had only an order to do one knee, both needed to he done.
