About the Study
We are seeking participants for a Heart Failure Prevention research study. Take the prescreener and see if you may be eligible to participate in this clinical trial.
Combined Medication Treatment
Researchers are studying a combination of Baxdrostat and Dapagliflozin to see if it can better reduce the risk of heart failure and heart-related deaths compared with taking Dapagliflozin alone.

Who Can Join
To qualify, you must:
Be at least 40 years old
Have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
Have established cardiovascular disease
Have history of high blood pressure
